Thank you for your kind words....my "log" of "CC" half eagle stories is not really very together...I do have all the posts...scattered about that is! between a couple of old computer crashes this and last year the "log" has become disorganized. I do have all the material though and when the 111 "CC" coin COW posting is done I will organize them. When that happens, I'll send them to you if you like. One of those stories is yours of course and is actually the best one of all the half eagle posts! We really will miss you as a COW poster my friend...you brought a very special "newness" to our posting that we've all evolved with.

In my early COWposts I always included at least one picture of the coin I was doing the article on....always a coin from my own collection.
However, after Deepsouthspike's first COWpost using multiple photos, many of us COWboys (myself included) began using this format.
It is true that pictures do speak a thousand words. Now that many of us have begun doing the "multiple picture thing", our posts have become all the better for it.
Sorry I am so late on my reply...I've been very busy with some serious vacationing!!!
