Yes...it all happens today about like it did over a hundred years ago.
What's funny to me is that today, we have so much more technology...I mean the sophistication of today's minting machines make the old Coin press #1 (NV State Museum) look like a dinosaur! Yet...for the most part,the coins from way back then look a lot better (at least to me) than the coins of today (which sometimes resemble "slugs")...go figure!
