Just received this coin in the mail. It was bought on the Internet.
For a close up image go to "Morgan Dollar Grading by Photographs" posting. It is 1883-CC $1 MS66 GSA with a CAC sticker.

Has anyone have bought any PCGS "+" Secure coins?

A 66 in the GSA hoard has to be very scarce.

Found one more MS-66 coin. Does anyone know how many GSA Carson City $1 MS-66 were in the GSA hoard by date. There was one 1889-CC, what about the others?

Another 1884-CC silver dollar cancelled die impressions. It's just a fun "coin" to add to my Morgan CC dollar collection. At the local coin club most members never seen one or knew of it's existence. Two ounces of silver with an interesting story.

Did you just buy that one off Ebay John? There was one for sale there last month.

It was bought from a friend. For all I know he might have bought it from E-bay. It is a fun "coin" to have. It is not expensive so you can have it with you at all times. A conversation about coin collecting starts just by showing it. That leads to Carson City Mint coins and to
CCCCOA forum. All members should have one. Another great tool to promote the club.
