Belayff, Drummer, and other friends of my dad (whom I've unintentionally missed, forgive me)...

Keep gently pressing Dad to get that computer. He's going to do it, I'm sure. But, like this newbie learning about her first CC coin and finally taking the plunge, Dad's going to do it exactly when he's ready and moderately comfortable. Which probably means when his favorite (and only) son-in-law is there in 2012 to set up everything and give him lesson #2! However, he has found a guy at Best Buy whom he likes dealing with...

The four best ways to learn about coins:

1. Align with other passionate and knowledgeable collectors and dealers
2. Ask a lot of questions
3. Look at (and hold) as many coins as possible
4. Ask even more questions
