Beautiful coin. this one must have come from the GSA hoard, and has to be one of the finest 84CC Morgans out there.
For the grade, I'm going with the label - MS67 DMPL. The PCGS code number gives it away - the 9 hiding in front is for DMPL, and the .67 is for MS67. (Next time you have to black out the number completely so we have to work a little harder.)
