Mystery Coin of The Carson City Mint #4 was created by LITAS
From the hints below, try to figure out what coin am I.
Hint#1 I was minted for eight years without interruption.
Hint#2 Only two of my siblings are more numerous than I.
Hint#3 I come in two types. Letter E almost touches the wreath in Type I. In Type II there is a space between E and the wreath.
Hint#4 My mint mark can be in two different places.
Hint#5 One can find me with a broken S.
Hint#6 It is fun to collect me since I will not break your budget.
