Another great issue and as always a pleasure to read and learn from. I just wanted to give credit for the photo's in my article on the 1882 CC vam 2 series to my son Todd (bluccphotos.com) who takes all the pictures and maintains the page on his website for better viewing of the Curry's Chronicle pictures for articles I have written. If you haven't been to the site referenced in the article please do so and be sure and click on the opening pictures for the larger version. Also if any of you have examples of the vam 2 I would love to hear from you especially if you have different examples than the ones I mentioned.

Thanks again for another great issue and Tom, I am starting the word search next.

There was some talk about 7 degrees rotation on these coins, but I dont see it on mine. What do you think? This was purchased from our friend Logan.

Yep, Logan usually(always) has it right, looks like a 2a to me.

I have not seen rotation except on the 2b's and 2c's. I would like to find rotation on a 2 or 2a.
